Who you are buying from

All orders placed on trybronoireu.com are sold by Bronoir. Our only customer contact channel is support@trybronoireu.com.

Prices and currency

Prices are displayed in the currency of your market and include free shipping. Any discount or bundle price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Import duties or local taxes, where they apply, are set by your country and charged separately by the authorities.

Placing an order

You choose your model, colour and size and add them to the cart.
At checkout you enter your email and delivery address and pay.
You receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we received the order, not that a contract exists.
The contract is formed when we confirm the despatch of your order.

Please review your size choice before paying: we recommend your regular size, and the next size up if you are between sizes.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed. We never ask for card details by email.

Delivery and cancellation

We despatch within 1–3 business days and delivery normally takes 5–15 business days. You may cancel free of charge while the order is still being prepared, and you may request a refund within 90 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal under the law of your country, that right applies in addition to this policy and is not reduced by it.

Warranty

Every product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights.

Complaints

Write to support@trybronoireu.com first — we answer within 1 business day and settle almost every case directly. This does not affect your right to pursue the legal remedies available to you in your country of residence.
