Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve. There is no minimum order value and no paid shipping option.

Processing time

Orders are checked and despatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery normally takes 5–15 business days after despatch, depending on your country and on local customs and postal handling. Total time from order to doorstep is therefore usually 6–18 business days.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods, weather, strikes and customs inspections can add a few days. If your tracking has not moved for more than 15 business days after despatch, write to support@trybronoireu.com and we will investigate, replace or refund the order.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is despatched, and you can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page. It can take up to 4 days for the first scan to appear after the label is created — a quiet tracking page in those first days is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Carrier

Every order travels on a tracked international service, and the final delivery to your door is completed by the postal or courier operator that serves your address. The service name shown at checkout is our despatch option for your country; the carrier that handles each leg of the route is shown on your tracking page.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Some destinations are excluded where we cannot deliver reliably or where shipping is restricted by law; if your country cannot be selected at checkout, that is why.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. If an address is wrong or incomplete, write to us immediately: we can correct it before despatch. After despatch, a wrong address usually means the parcel is returned to sender, and we then reship or refund once it is back.

Duties and taxes

Prices at checkout include our shipping cost. In a few countries, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local authority on delivery; these are set by your country and are not collected by us.
